Orders are shipped with various delivery partners.

You will receive your fragrant parcel within 3-5 working days. (For Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer)

You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

On the day of delivery you may receive a text message from the courier an estimated time of delivery.

Delivery are usually between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
If you are not at home to receive your parcel, and no other instructions have been provided, the courier will leave a card advising you of the location.

Parcels may require a signature upon delivery.

Please check your parcel upon delivery and while the courier is still present. If the item appears to have been tampered with in any way, please advise the courier and refuse the delivery. In this case please contact us and we will discuss further steps.
If you do not advise the driver at the time of delivery, this could reduce the chances of a successful claim if needed.

If you have accepted the parcel but notice damage upon opening it, please contact our Customer Care.
